That is dumb, that's what buses are for. I remember riding a Continental Trailways bus going to Dallas when I was a little bitty baby. I think it stopped in every town, took almost all night to get there. I think they still stop in Walnut Ridge too, a thriving metropolis....

I'd settle for getting some of these trucks off the road.

I remembered wrong. They looked at it in the 1980s and the price was really high.

If they can do it for $5,6 billion, then more power to them.
