Sorry missed this response. I['m] against throwing US money at a problem that, if the CO2 theory is correct, is a global economic problem. We can't do it ourselves without imposing measures on those countries that they wouldn't tolerate. They have to buy in to the problem and pay for fixing it commensurate with their contribution to the problem. So you see no value if as you say the CO2 theory is correct in the US -- the number one CO2 producer in the world -- in putting it's own house in order or leading by example? Dan D.
