Why do you say IAR is coming to an end?

I realize there is a ton of debt and a declining business, but at this point the market value of the common is so small as a % of the total enterprise value as to represent an option on a possible break-up or turnaround of some sort.

At least, that's been my view. I admit to only a cursory look.
