Josh Willis on climate change: Global warming is real Al, I just can't buy into the GW stuff 100%. Yes, it is happening. Is it man made? Open to question. Will the "Earth system" self correct, very possible. There are not many chaotic systems more complex than our weather and climate. Computer models don't have a chance against that complexity. I would love to step off the cliff of GW for political reasons... I sincerely believe we have to get off of fossil fuels for a bunch of different reasons. GW may be real. CO2 may be the villain. But I don't have a lot of faith in the science. But from an economic and social stand point getting off oil and onto renewable energy would be an incredible advantage to the country, and the world. And if GW is really man made, then of course it's imperative. So it's a no brain-er.

I already posted a link to his article where he was trying to cover his ass. The reality is that the data are inconsistent. And there is certainly nothing that constitutes any cause for alarm. And certainly nothing in Al Gore's "work" that warrants a prize of any kind.
