Obama has said he would meet with 5 leaders of enemies in his first year without precondition, that he would keep his friends close and his enemies closer, that he would use carrots for Iran to encourage them to halt nuclear weapon development --- so it is consistent to say that Hillary would be considered for VP. Yeah, if 48 other Democratic Party Senators all wanted her, and if Axelrod and Plouffe both wanted her. There's a chance of that happening, but it's close to zero. But it encourages her to drop out sooner or by 5/21, and unify her supporters to unite the Party. He uses carrots as a negotiating tool.
