Well it's good news they finally settled with Cornell. It's nice to have bad blood be ended. The question is the way they settled it. -Is it good, bad or doesn't matter as far as shareholders are concerned. (how much dilution?) -We'll see. Anybody have any thoughts. -Should we be concerned or should we be happy it's over? I don't know enough about the terms of agreement and how it could effect us.? The share price jumped up to .023 about a half an hour after this news being announced. So I'll take that as not a bad sign.
