I agree with there being many other issues.

But, seems to me, the way to do this is to remove all accidental deaths from the data, then compare.

Adding deaths, and if you look at the raw numbers, it is a significant difference. Germany was the only country on the list with 10% auto accident compared with the US 15%.

I don't see how statistically forcing people to die, who didn't, and not even enter the health system --- into data indicates anything.
