Thanks, elmat, but those are contracts issued a month ago for existing platforms. Is there anything in the local media about contracts for newbuilds that will be needed for the ultra-deep offshore discoveries? Keppel FELS Brasil recently had a contract with Petrobras that required it to do a minimum of 60% of the job within Brazil. I'm guessing that future contracts may have even higher percentage requirements. Does it seem reasonable to you that the Lula government will push for a high percentage of the work to be done within Brazil? TIA, John
