Canada grew using the internal market of the U.S., and the US is going to turn itself into an export juggernaut, the logical conclusion is Canada needs its own internal market Need population importation to drive internal market. Say, 1 million every year only for agricultural provinces. There are lots of French speaking but they are all here around me in Francophone Africa, there are lots of English speaking folks here in Africa. The only chance is to do a Brazil and become half black LOL! But we took 200 years to mix with them to produce mulatas...
