I like roberts but there also jurists on the left like Larry Tribe who would be acceptable to me. I dont have litmus tests. I do note when i think someone is an extremist as bork and i am sure there are plenty of left wing judges/lawyers out there like a ramsey clark or the late bill kuntsler who i would want to keep off. Dems way off base with alito and roberts imho.
