TJ, The People's Daily Whine says: Message 24600454

Apparently the amazing invention of TD-SCDMA by the brilliant geniuses in China isn't getting much, or any, support from Nokia. So a company involved with TD-SCDMA is bankrupt.

As I have been explaining, that's not a surprise.

China has got egg all over its face and should wipe it off, face the fact that TD-SCDMA was a dopey idea from the beginning because stealing things isn't a good way to live and stealing things and doing dopey things with the stolen property is even more silly, and get on with going gung ho with Qualcomm in producing 450MHz OFDM/CDNA and paying the royalties due.

How come China is so obsessed with stealing things, and otherwise getting something for nothing? China needs a cultural change from walls, kleptocracy, and totalitarianism to something more human. I can advise for a small fee.

Meanwhile, the Europeans, who are digging ever deeper into socialism, kleptocracy and totalitarianism though still democratic, sort of, are planning to steal Qualcomm technology and ban the technology [MediaFLO] the kleptocrats don't want, in favour of Nokia's similar mobile tv technology. But Qualcomm has bought a bunch of spectrum in the UK to provide said MediaFLO and anything else they choose.

The question is will Great Britain allow a Luxembourgeosie socialist woman kleptocrat PhD in Human "Sciences" [giggle] to succeed where Adolf failed? Neelie and her Kroes Klutz Klan [another Eurocratic kleptocracy department] is conspiring with Viviane Reding [said Luxembourgeosie] to take down Qualcomm and confiscate their [my] property.

But the markets are betting with King George II, Great Britain and Qualcomm against Neelie and Viviane - QCOM zoomed over $47.

Meanwhile, go ahead, save China from a fate worse than death. Make that call. Get OFDM/CDMA450MHz going with Qualcomm and Hu Jintao. The poor guy has got a debacle on his hands. He needs a way out and you have the family history to help him with his foreign affairs problems. Come to think of it, I do too. Oil is so last century. Mobile cyberspace is where it's at this century.

Globalstar can cover all of Tibet, not to mention the rest of China, including the top of Mount Everest. It can cover neighbouring countries like Taiwan and Korea too. CDMA450MHzOFDM can do the rest terrestrially.

TJ,

QCOM has been holding up pretty well, despite your predictions of doom and gloom. I remember a few years ago when these were all bunched together at 35...

NEM 48.95
QCOM 48.53
JPM 37.86
GE 27.38

P.S. Nice call on GE's "hairy legs".
