All SCOTUS justices defend the constitution. Not just the one Bush nominated.

At least they think they do.

I'm sorry, Manny, I just can't resist the starkly obvious comment here. You are, of course, aware that the very justices he most admired on the court and wished to use as a model for his appointees, so violated the constitution that they recommended their decision not be used as precedent in any future case.

Yep the Florida case in which the SC selected Bush as the president in 2000.

Was deeply unconstitutional.
