Florida case in which the SC selected Bush as the president in 2000.

Now there's a lame duck for you if you ever saw one.

Bill Moyers is interviewing the author of Our Daily Meds, a book with the thesis that drug companies are marketing companies first and foremost, not science companies. Not exactly a revelation, but she has a lot of good stories and documentation. Even her own book was reviewed in the NY Post (negatively, of course) by a guy who was a VP in a PR firm which has Pfizer for a client. Of course, that connection wasn't disclosed in the review, but nevermind little details.

Worth watching the segment. I've put the book on my wish list, will read it if I get time over the summer.
