I posted about the GAO report in March, and that was late, but it was a stunning revelation to me. Bears repeating though.

Everybody ignores what they don't want to hear. Especially this administration ...

i like this guy. he is principled. i wonder why he's so pissed-off. certainly not a don't-worry-be-happy brown noser. i'll buy his book when it's published.
