I'm shorting it from $308. The Waltons own too much (44%) of the stock and haven't sold a share yet. The float is tight.

Reminds me of VMW or even CROX. The real supply overhang has not affected the market price, yet. It is priced on you-know-what exuberance, IMO. Now, if WTI goes to $141 in Q4 2008 like GS thinks, or to $200 as others think, I'll be wrong.

If they think the 15% max capital rate on gains is going to end (p=25%), or for diversification alone (p=60%), they could sell 5% (5 of the 44), and when a secondary offering is announced, the stock could move to $250. That's my expectation.
