That was very interesting! Especially enjoyed watching the video clip about the story. That's quite the operation. Very intensive gardening system. Reminds me of a woman from my area who grows organic greens and edible flowers and delivers them to several of the upscale restaurants in the city. She manages to grow all of her own food as well as sell enough to live on from about 1/4 acre. The one thing that surprised me about that story was that they keep goats, chickens and ducks. I would have thought there would be city bylaws that would make that impossible.
