I attempt to avoid calling people names, and slipped up because I didn't realize "Obamaphile" would be offensive. The response I got tells me that people who like Obama are every bit as thin-skinned as he is. He obviously believed Bush was referring to him in the now famous remark Bush made in Israel -- something about appeasement. Well, if the shoe fits, wear it. That's another phrase that's been used in reference to Obama, no offense. Not to belabor the point, Mademoiselle, you've been pretty hard on me with remarks that question the sincerity of my beliefs, reference the following post: Message 24596349 But I'm willing to let it lie now. Quite frankly, the time I spend on this thread is depressing. Despite the warm reception I've had from some, I know I'm really going to get clobbered if I post something that runs counter to people's world view over here.
