I assume you say no when asked to produce ID when you write a check. Maybe you refuse to file income tax........they know everything about you from those pesky forms.

To me, we lost the "war" on terrorism when we changed how we can fly and when the USA PATRIOT Act was passed. By my definition, we already lost with those hard on terror in charge, and we can only win when we restore our Constitutional rights.

I believe this has been asked, but what specific constitutional rights have you lost?

BTW, by convention, Constitution is capitalized, constitutional is not.
