If we want the world to do things that are in our interest in relation to the environment or other areas of national interest, then yes we have to be very aware of how they see us. Thats what he meant. Govt can influence decisions like SUV thru the tax system or thru incenting alternate industries. The President can jawbone with the american people to lower thermostas. And isnt weight loss a good thing? You and Broomar are so focused on that statement, it makes one wonder about your psychological makeups.
