What is more concerning is that America preaches to the world what they should do in their own countries when in American itself those problems exists.

The problems are often not the same ones, or if they are are often not as bad in the US.

In any case the idea that you can't denounce horrible actions against people if your country isn't perfect, isn't a very reasonable idea IMO.

Chinu,

<<race is not a political party issue. It is an American issue. even the Billarys have exhibited that tendency, unfortunatel.>>

As was race injected into the campaign by the Obama people, by taking simple statements out of context, in my opinion, and playing it up to boost support for Obama in the AA community. Worked pretty well too.

<< I am extremely confident, that President Barack Obama, with his multiracial and multicultural background, will change all that which is stop preaching to world and take care of things here at home.>>

So what will Obama have to accomplish in order to have met the expectations of his supporters. Do the dems and the reps have to get together at the end of his presidency and sing kumbaya together? Or maybe just some more real discussions with people on the other side of the aisle. Maybe honest discussions about race in this country that don't have Sharpton and Jackson demagoguing to the media? Peace in the middle east? Cutting our dependance on middle east oil significantly? How much of his campaign material does he have to deliver on to make his supporters/non supporters happy? He has promised a lot of stuff to a lot of people.
