Familiar, but with no claim of viability in the jurisdiction.

Perhaps this is why it's novel? It's already been rejected by the Courts and AMD is trying it again.

That is all I was commenting on.

However, it does bring up the observation that Intel is claiming it is a novel concept.

Why would they do that?
