No, that makes sense. How can the blind cope with any degree of independance without knowing whether they are giving or receiving the correct amount of cash? US mints can simply add brail on one corner of each bill.

OMG Kenneth...what a blow out! It appears more American Democrats actually do abandon Obama. Maybe he can wait and run for Governor of Washington or Oregon. They would make nice satellites...like the moon, which they seem to represent.
