Hard to see how. But, I will try again.

It isn't clear that AMD is taking a novel approach with the EEC concept. Despite Intel's claim. It has been used before, and successfully. Now, many of the particulars of the case might be novel, that is true of most any case of any degree of complexity.

But the EEC isn't one of them.
