Sands, there is a difference between a pink that is listed, delisted, and non-Sec Reporting. Let's find one of each - we will keep them all unsolicited to stay consistent.

Look under the "SEC Reporting Status"

Non-SEC Reporting Company ~> pinksheets.com

De-Registered ~> pinksheets.com

SEC Reporting Company ~> pinksheets.com

So, as we can see, there are different kinds of pinksheet companies in the eyes of the SEC. One type has never been listed, another type was listed but then removed, and then another type is listed. Point being, that you have to be a listed company in order to use EDGAR. If you are not listed, then all you can post on is pinksheets, with the exception of the registration statements for the purpose of getting listed.

LOL....That is not proof. Good grief. Shocking how you attempt to twist things...

You were provided the link from PS which clearly stated they were an SEC REPORTING COMPANY.

Here is another link. Isn't it odd that this is directly from the SEC WEBSITE and again contradicts your claim that they are a NON REPORTING company.

Hmm, is that filing with the SEC last week a mirage? Does the SEC have the wrong information on their site?

Here is the link

sec.gov

Your link provided no proof of anything....just pages of rules anybody could copy and paste, but it does not change the fact, that LBWR is REPORTING and both PS and the SEC website proves this.

You may be confused with a REPORTING company and a FULLY FILING company.

LBWR, as you can see in the link to ps and the sec is a reporting company.

Only a matter of time imo, before they are fully filing.....but until they are fully filing, they are not.
