Pickens can change that dynamic all by himself in Texas with a little help from Obama, hybrids and solar. New home construction will remain in depression for years to come once the national builders finish monetizing their current projects.. The ultimate goal of reflating housing perhaps but even more casualties along the way? But too late for the lenders and speculators just like it is for Hillary<g>
