Rushlong: The Public Filing of the K-8 file 22-May-2008 from the present board which includedes Ed Rutkowski, says "...Mr. Walther had no disagreements with Americhip International, Inc., on any matter of accounting principles or practices or financial statement disclosures..." The private phone conversation you had with Rutkowski says Walthers is fighting. This sound like to much inside information contrary to a pubic statement to discuss, and are we to understand that Rutkowski is that naive, and you say he called you. Whats going on here? Anyway I hope that current actions & efforts are over something that would indicate there is something of value with ACII. I am very much looking forward to see who the new CEO will be.
