Thanks for the grammatical correction.

But...

Cronkite only gave editorials on epic events. He would have said nothing about this, because the only people that care are political wonks and prickly partisans looking for any gaff to exploit -- whether it be sniper fire dodging resume padding, factual RFK assassination comments, or uncontrollable rantings of Jeremiah Wright, or bitterness remarks.

Cronkite would have offered no opinion when he was anchor of CBS on this affair. That's why he was the most trusted man in America, and why when he did speak, it was about something that mattered, and why people listened. But as I said, different world.

Cut Hillary some slack. She is going to lose. I would admire Obama if he defended her as making an unfortunate statement that was conflated by some into a meaning she did not intend, but not if he cried for an apology, as so many others are.

The general is going to get dirty. Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. This stuff is going to look like nothing compared to what Turdblossom has up his sleeve.

So all I got to say is:

Stay classy, Barack.
