I've read and seen on TV that if you walk 30 minutes a day 5 times a week you will lose weight. I took the dog for a walk for an hour a day 7 days of the week for 3 months and didn't lose a pound.

I'm 15 pounds heavier than my military weight 30 years ago and I can shave off 5 when I try, but after that it's like I hit a wall.
