elmat, i have to disappoint you. it is not brazil that is hard to understand. it is your written english that is hard to understand. you like to write copious amounts, and you should take a remedial course. yours is probably self taught, and an investment in an english course would be good for your communications. the chinese say the same thing about china that you say about brazil. china is very complex they say. what they mean is that it takes a long time to know and understand all the things one needs to do to get past the corruption to get something done.
