I actually think he is pretty far right. I must admit - I am baffled by libertarians location on the political spectrum.

How much cost are you willing to accept on a maybe?

Also, you do not honestly think the Chinese will care about what we do on the issue. What they will care about is cleaning up their environment - but that will take more energy - perhaps will modern control equipment.
