Feel free to post some examples, and we can examine them. I have at least provided data, you have provide only assertions. The data I have provided comes from very well known examples in the industry, and you can find numerous similar examples. So please pick several examples of food where the quality has increased significantly over the last 30 years or so (and not improvements in the real recent years, which I noted is happening). I'm quite sure there are such examples BTW, I could ask that you sketch out why you think the majority of food has improved.
