There's an interesting point here. In the TRX notes attached to their financial statements, they say they valued their warrants according to B-S formula using certain inputs. Those inputs include a term of ONE YEAR even though the term of the warrants is much longer than that. Are they therefore understating the value of the warrants on their books ? I don't think so ! I wonder if there is a corresponding note in NGD's financial statements, and how they valued NGD.wt>a there. But I am prepared to accept whatever the market says the value is in December
