The stock market taking off is a fact. That the congress had anything to do with it is you're own unprovable supposition and nowhere near a fact.

Then why do you keep decrying the current Congress? It splits the government, don't it?

And this is completely attributable to the divided government? How could you possibly know that?

All kinds of forces act on the market at all times. You know that.

By the way, your own chart shows the breakout starting well before 1994. In fact, it looks like the rally started in '91, and was already going strong in '92 and '93. Man, if you're going to post things like that to prove a point, you might want to look at them first.
