"Obama did not get to where he is because he is stupid, " No - he got where he is by a polished leftist in a leftist party - with emphasis on the polished. He has no legislative record to recommend him. He has shown consistent associations with people he now needs to distance himself from. Just who is the guy? All I ask here is a little skepticism of the guy and not an cannonization The left is where I was in the early days of the Bush administration - full of hope. I did not recognize the corrupting power of power! This power is already apparent in the current Congress. The national situation is not good.
