It's a pretty strong drive. No matter how much you threaten, or explain, a lot of kids are going to play anyway. We're kind of built for play. Society can try to rule biology- but it's never going to be a game society can win 100%. I remember reading an interesting doctoral dissertation back in the 80's about the Victorian period. Never before or since has there been such a high concentration of prostitutes in London :-) All that moral rectitude resulted in more prostitutes. Sex will out- one way or another.
