Moo to you. I still own COW and MOO. I hope the dumping stops soon. I am tired of poor tasting beef I am getting, no matter where I buy it. The texture is somehow off and it is not as flavorful. I complained to my butcher and he said that aging is not helping right now..something to do with feedlots. I do not know much about this part of the business, but I guess steak houses that do not have their meat specially raised are having the same problems.
