I bought strip steaks at Costco and they were tough and lacked flavor. I tried a porterhouse to the same end. Maybe the problem is in Florida. I had the worst steaks of my life at Ruths Chris here last winter. They are closing their locations here now due to poor traffic. MP

I think what you get in Costco is choice. Maybe you have to order the prime?

OT: I see that the prime meat is from Niman Ranch. I buy their pork. I do not remember seeing prime meat at my Costco. Probably dropped it due to my area's severe recession. I did order steaks and ground meat last night from Lacense on LifeISGood's referral.

Will report.
