I didn't make that statement, Biotech Bull did.

I would be interested why you think Al Queda's stature is down? Because they are having less success sure doesn't in itself equate to a fact that they have less influence on young minds. That is the loop that we are not getting to - that is the young minds. Until we do any effort in ME will be a failure - long term.

According to the most recent National Intelligence Estimate I can find, Al Qaeda has been regenerating. That NIE is from July of last year, though. I can't find a more recent one.

Do you have more recent, reliable information on this?
