To get the rebates, the report said, the firms had to purchase Intel's central processing units instead of ones made by rival company Sunnyvale-based Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (NYSE:AMD).

Gee... You mean Intel only gave rebates for Intel processors?

How diabolical...
