federal air quality standards under the Clean Air Act require the use of 37 different blends of fuel across the country. Because of that, it's very difficult to move gasoline from one part of the country to another when an outage occurs.

ELMAT: Notch another misguided policy artificially increasing the suffering of the consumer. Terrible thing these environment ding dongs.

And that also hinders the ability to keep prices the same across the board,” Bell said.

cyesp. DMLP. I'm interested. Any info to share about tax reporting for this one? Nothing at their website.

In particular:

1) Is K-1 a bear to fill out, or are numbers they provide easily transferred to Turbotax?

2) What's likelihood of a person having to fill out state tax returns for all the states they do business in (and DMLP are in a lot). I hope I can presume investor's "income received" won't be significant enough to trigger state requirements, for someone who is "long and strong" this stock.

3. Looks like no UBTI issue (or state tax issue) if stock's in an ira. That right, in your opinion?
