What about small units. The article said you just need mirrors, pipes and a steam turbine. Wind Mills are small units so why can't we have small steam turbines that link to an electric grid. The wind energy grid started small and is expanding. Seems like some hippies in southern Nevada or New Mexico could get it going for US consumption. Do you see a reason why not?
