Agreed. Regarding the BSC-type event, I think that is also a given. It strikes me as nearly impossible that during this credit bubble (and yes, I think it is the mother of all bubbles) breakdown that we do not see a large handful of bank-related names go out of business in one way or another.

I admit that I have not been following the news lately, but wasn't LEH the latest one folks were "not believing" when they said that "things are fine". LEH is now way below March low (daily close basis).
