I heard about a 16 lane freeway being built to connect Ft. Worth with some other town. Not my cup of tea either.

If I had my way, I would live in a cabin with my nearest neighbor a day's walk away. Guess that will never happen.

...it's part of the broader Chesapeake Bay drainage protection project.

This is one of the things gov't does very well, and that wouldn't get done privately, in most cases.
