I didn't really have enuff time to work on the NDX tonite just a quick check on an older chart I had .. and the Low Today is sitting almost exactly on the up moving 45* 1x1 off the Pivot Low. So for the moment .. it's resting on Support. The Candle Body is resting on a Fib Line.

I don't yet have a full grasp of EWT but I was watching ICE Cross the ticker this week and didn't pull up the chart. Now I see that EWI put out a video on it.

I'll need to watch this one a few times I'm sure. I'm not sure if you need to be on their list to watch it or not.
