Amazing how due process has become "clogging the courts".....what else are they there for, to look big and imposing while people wanting justice are locked out?

This tells us a great deal about whether McCain would be any different than Bush on all these issues. Doesn't look like he would at all.

Oh the horror!

Men who have been held without charges for six years are going to get their day in court.

Since they're all guilty anyway, why bother?

Hopefully, this will not delay the baseball steroid trials.
