Still take statins and aspirin though and LIndy's fish oil and exercise and eat a southbeach (mediteranean) diet.

Can't hurt, can it? I just can't "southbeach" by myself. But the addition of Vitamin D to the above has you covered for the two major causes of death, Cancer and Heart Disease.

I take statins and I exercise (not enough). Probably need to join you guys with the fish oil and give more thought to the diet....
