You mean we finally can agree on something....?? <g> "Oh yeah, and they have to actually pay the royalties. Unlike what is happening in other places where we have been declining to actually collect the royalties." Also agree and as I've pointed out before some (if not all) of those royalties should go towards funding alternative energy sources.
