Major Money leak - hedge fund redemptions season. mechanics something like this - you notify the hedge fund 45 or 60 days ahead that you will want 10 or 15% of your money back during certain windows, and then a few days after the X date, cash is transferred back. money.cnn.com The second half starts July 1. Also note that after July 1, we will see certain institutional (pension, 401 (k) etc. ) money flows into the market. So I am mostly holding my energy stocks, and about 15% cash, and plan to buy dips next week.
