None, as I understand it.

One interpretation of this whole thing is that END bought those Ithaca shares when they were ridiculously cheap and then announced a lowball takeover offer so they could either steal Ithaca on the cheap or else make a tidy little profit selling those shares at the higher prices they themselves created with the takeover attempt.

END has to sit pat. No using a take over position to kick out your own shares.

Should END withdraw their offer, then, after publicly announcing that, they are free to sell.
