Hitler was not kidding and I don't think this guy and his radical clearics are kidding either. So, Iran will try to block the Steaits of H through which foows apx 25% of the world's oil (or we will anticipate this attempt based on their many threats)--- and to deter or stop this, the US wil anhialate the entire Iran navy, their coastal defenses and any threat within 50 miles or so of the coast. The US may well decide to anhialate their entire military so far as it may be done without sending any troops in. I hope not as this would cause hatred that could last for decades. The radical Islamists may link the US and Israel in their hate mongering and attempt to attack targets throughout Europe as well as moslem gvts that don't support them. This will happen before the US election as the likely winner--Obama -- will likely have much less sympathy for all things Jewish and much more sympathy for all things moslem. Put in another way, if the Israles don't act, their situation will become steadily more desparate in the comming years. If Iran goes nuclear, the whole Middle East may start going nuclear or Iran will achieve general dominance over the region. McCain may well be elected as a a strong war time president because om the chain of events. PS I'm not Jewish and don't have any Jewish friends. This is just what Kissenger called Real Politic.
